Firstly, I will need to find a site that I can create a website on in order for me to produce my two hyperlinked pages from the website. I searched hard for different website layouts and finally found one that was perfect for a news layout.
The site I used to produce my news website was called: www.coachingnewbies.com 
Once I had access to the site I was then able to login to my user account whenever I wanted to produce my news website. I then needed to choose a theme layout that suited my newspaper theme style. To choose a theme I would click on the button 'local news' top left hand corner and it will come up with lots of options and I would then click on 'themes'. I chose a simple black and white style however I was able to put buttons along the top row across the page which is what I wanted. I chose a black and white background because I feel it was aimed more at my target audience rather than lots of bright colours all over the page.
